If you want to share the response with someone close to you or save it on your own device, for example, open the response and click on "Download as a file". The response will open as a PDF file, which you can easily save and send on.

How can I delete my user account on SomeBuddy?

You can request the deletion of your account and any information on your account by sending an email to info@somebuddy.se. Once your account is deleted, your right to use the service will expire.

How do I get access to SomeBuddy?

Accepted Answer

SomeBuddy protects communities. You may have received access to the service from your school, employer or other community to which you belong. Currently, certain municipalities and cities have purchased SomeBuddy for their students and school professionals. If the service is in use in your school, you will receive the necessary activation code from there. If you can't find the activation code you received from your school, please contact our customer service team via chat or email (info@somebuddy.se).

What kind of situations should I report and when?

We recommend that you report your problem as soon as it happens or when you fear that something unpleasant is about to happen. Bullying and harassment situations usually escalate quickly. The sooner the situation is addressed, the better the chances to avoid major damage. You can report any bullying and harassment situations to us, such as:

spreading rumours
constant harassment
stalking
bullying
name-calling
threatening
blackmailing
sexual harassment
spreading intimate pictures
fake profiles
hate speech
spreading personal information

How do I save SomeBuddy on my home screen?

iPhone

Use your phone to go to app.somebuddy.com and log in.
Click the Share icon in your browser and tap "Add to home screen".
Now you can open SomeBuddy app directly from your home screen.

Android devices

Use your phone to go to app.somebuddy.com and log in.
Click on the three dots icon.
Select "Add a shortcut to your home screen". Alternatively, you can create a shortcut by dragging the icon to your home screen.
Now you can open SomeBuddy app directly from your home screen.

Samsung

Use your phone to go to app.somebuddy.com and log in.
Click on the three diagonal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select "Add page to" -> "Home screen"
Now you can open SomeBuddy app directly from your home screen.

How do I log out?

Accepted Answer

You can log out of the service by clicking on the menu at the top right. Click on the menu and select "Log out". To log in again, go to https://app.somebuddy.com and log in with your phone number or email address.
